The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is an American four-seater, single-engine, high-wing, fixed-wing aircraft manufactured by the Cessna Aircraft Company. First flown in 1955, more 172 aircraft have been built than any other aircraft in the world. It was developed from the 1948 Cessna 170, with a tricycle chassis instead of a tail-pull configuration.
Measured by its longevity and popularity, the Cessna 172 is the most successful aircraft in history. Cessna delivered the first production model in 1956, and since 2015, the company and its partners have built more than 60,000 units and the aircraft is still in production today.

C172 FNPT II
Our Cessna C172 FNPT II simulator is available at our center from August 2020. Among other things, the simulator is being used by pilots who are undergoing instrument rating training and proficiency checks can also be conducted ont this flight simulation training device.
The Simulator is suitable for:
- professional aviation experience and flight science education
- to get to know the cockpit of the aircraft
- to learn and operate the flight simulator
- to acquire IFR knowledge
- to acquire VFR knowledge
- instruction and research work
