In early July, at the invitation of Yousif Hassan Al Hammadi, Vice President of the Emirates Aerosport Federation and acting general manager of Abu Dhabi Al Bateen Executive Airport, PHARMAFLIGHT's senior professionals attended two meetings.
The first discussion with Gyula Győri, Head of Research at PHARMAFLIGHT, took place at the air traffic control headquarters in Abu Dhabi, where they met with five members of the management team, including the CEO. Dr. Botond Szűcs, Chief Biologist, presented our unique measurement method in practice and reported on the results at HungaroControl. The success of the presentation was demonstrated by the fact that the negotiating partners expressed their intention to prepare the ground for a future cooperation. In fact, the experts from Abu Dhabi even offered that PHARMAFLIGHT could later measure stress tolerance in a major organisation. It was agreed that this idea and request would be further discussed in September.
The second meeting took place at the Etihad headquarters, where the Hungarian delegation was received by company managers, HR managers and flight surgeons. The Etihad experts were very interested in PHARMAFLIGHT's methodology and expressed their wish to carry out joint research in the future.
The PHARMAFLIGHT professionals will be travelling to Abu Dhabi again in October, as they have been invited to speak at the upcoming 2023 Internation Congress of Aviation and Space Medicine.
