Since its foundation in 1944 ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) is key player in civil aviation, within that in commercial aviation. The technical proposals made by them are in many cases not only applicable to air transport participants, but also binding. PHARMAFLIGHT International Science and Service Centre recently achieved outstanding success: signed a cooperation agreement with the leadership of the international organization as first Hungarian professional partner.

A document was signed by ICAO at its headquarters in Montreal, Canada by the Secretary General of the organization Dr. Fang Liu, Dr. György Czirják, the managing director of PHARMAFLIGHT Centre and honorary associate professor Gyula Győri, the Head of Department University of Debrecen, Faculty of Engineering, Aviation Engineering off-site Department.
